Lost in Lace – Birmingham City Art Gallery

I recently visited the ‘Lost in lace’ exhibition at the Birmingham City Art Gallery. Alongside the exhibition, some of the lace from the museum’s archives was displayed at the entrance to the exhibition. I found these fascinating particularly a 17th century cap with silver lace.
